Hosted by the Squaxin Island Museum Library and Research Center, the Water Sounds Gala is our signature art auction and cultural celebration September 27th, 2025 at the Little Creek Event Center. Join us as we uplift Indigenous artists, honor the teachings of the water, and support the preservation of Squaxin Island heritage.

Explore artwork inspired by the land and waters of the Salish Sea, connect with the community, and support the vital work of the Squaxin Island Museum Library and Research Center.

About Us

The Squaxin Island Museum Library and Research Center (MLRC) is the cultural heartbeat of the Squaxin Island Tribe. As caretakers of our people’s history, art, language, and traditions, we provide a home for intergenerational learning and cultural revitalization.
